Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a powerful tool designed to give you an experience of your soul.  This technology consciously combines yoga postures, breath, mudras and mantra to balance, strengthen, and purify the mind, body and spirit.  Its effect is uplifting and helps to awaken the natural source of creative energy and light within.

“Kundalini yoga is the science to unite the finite with infinity, and it is the art to experience infinity in the finite.”

-Yogi Bhajan

 Gong relaxation

The gong has been used throughout time to disperse negativity and promote healing in the body.  It is an ideal transformational tool for stress reduction, removal of blocks and to stimulate the glandular system. The gong resonates throughout every cell in the body and empowers health, creativity and productivity.

“The gong is an intervibratory system.  It is the sound of creativity itself.  One who plays the gong plays the universe.”

-Yogi Bhajan
